We work with Iwi authorities, post-settlement governance entities (PSGEs), Hapū trusts, Māori land entities, and Māori-led organisations needing property or investment advice. We also work with government and commercial partners aligned with Māori values.
We are a trusted advisor, and we pride ourselves on finding innovative solutions to complex property opportunities and transactions. The term Pupuke speaks to the surging or rising of water and has been inspired by Taranaki karakia kōrero (Aotea Waka). The karakia speaks of the surging of energy, untapped potential, the expansion of thought, continued growth and the welling up of knowledge. Our brand embodies this — "the rising tide lifts all waka."
Pupuke is based in Ngāmotu (New Plymouth), Taranaki, with the capability to undertake mahi across Aotearoa. We are 100% Māori-led and Māori-owned.
